Our Pool – home Villa Colleen has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and is located in Sarasota near No.1 Siesta Key Beach – Lido Key – Longboat – Anna Maria.

No damage caused by the hurricanes. We did many renovations in 2023/24 – New AC – new salt filter – no chemical Chlorine in Pool  – all three master baths new – all rooms are now tiled or with vinyl (only small 4th bed and 4th bath is the same) -New pictures coming soon. 

Sometimes Calendar did not work, we are working on this.

Our Villa Colleen is only 1000 feet from a small boot mooring, a kayak ramp, and the bay. It is set in a quiet residential area in Tropical Shores, Vamo, only 6 miles, 10 minutes from the number 1 beach in the USA, Siesta Key. The 2600sqf house has 4-5 bedrooms (3 with King-size beds), 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a spacious living room, and a comfortable dining room for 8-10 people. A screen covers the heated pool and large terrace. On the first floor, there are two other bedrooms with King-size beds; one has a private terrace. The house boasts a digital television package with 160 channels, wireless high-speed Internet, a brand-new 50-inch flat screen TV in the living room, and a second TV in the master bedroom. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and there are 2 bedrooms with large double beds on the upper floor. There are 2 twin beds in the fourth bedroom. The fifth bedroom offers a double bed. Although this is usually off-limits, we can make it available to you on request. The outdoor area boasts a large cooking range, 4  bicycles, a large, covered terrace, many chairs and sun loungers.
