wir haben zu Zweit 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Ihrem Haus verbracht.

Alles war vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag perfekt.

Schweren Herzens müssen wir übermorgen unseren Rückflug ins kalte Bayern antreten.

Aber so wie Sie uns kennen, werden wir sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal hier gewesen sein.

Unser Tip:

Wer am Samstag Abend gerne Live-Musik in einer urigen Westernbar erleben möchte, dem empfehlen wir den „White Buffalo Saloon“ in der McIntosh Rd., ca. 100 m links, wenn man die Clark Rd. auswärts fährt.

From the moment I arrived I felt at home. A few lights were left on to welcome us as well as snacks and wine. Everything is exactly as described on website and all pictures are up to date. Big spacious home gives everyone personal space when needed. Fully stocked, even all you could need for a trip to the beach. All kinds of info, pamphlets, maps.

Quiet neighborhood with friendly people, great for long, leisurely walks and even beautiful sunsets close by. Great pool, well maintained. Screened in backyard is ideal, no insects or bugs.

Very central area, good driving, easy to get around. Within an hour from Tampa, Fort Myers, St Pete’s. Lots to see and do. Siesta Key beach is the best I’ve seen so far, close by about 15mins drive.

Henry was very attentive to our needs and checked in with us periodictly to make sure all was to our liking. Very courteous, generous and helpful. Both Henry and Sabine are friendly, easy going and aim to please.

Would definitely recommend this home to everyone. Hopefully I can return again in the future. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and perfect.

What a great vacation home in Sarasota! My husband and I along with our daughter, son-in-law and their 3 children arrived and were thrilled with such a wonderful home to stay in during our vacation. Villa Colleen pictures on the website are just like the home. It was well furnished with everything we needed and more. The pool was a major plus and we all enjoyed it every day. The home is close to several beautiful beaches (our fav was Siesta Key) but we also visited Lido and Turtle beach. There were beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella waiting for us – they thought of everything for convenience! We were close to — Shopping, Food, Entertainment, Fishing, Medical, etc. There were no traffic issues and the neighborhood was quiet and easy to maneuver. The home was so comfortable – we truly felt like we were „home“ while we were there. We had hoped that our son & daughter-in-law could join us – there would have been plenty of room but they missed out this year. We certainly recommend this property and hope to visit again ourselves sometime. Five stars were not enough for this rating. Thanks Henry for allowing us to stay in your home! Sabine was great too and had a welcome snack for our family upon arrival. Wonderful trip!!

We stayed the month of February and enjoyed escaping part of a horrible winter. We brought our boat and for convenience kept at Stickney Pt Marina. Plenty of space and everything works! Check out the German deli on rt 41.

We are four mature couples who just spent two weeks at this lovely, spacious and very bright and clean home.

The beautiful pool and lanai area was spacious and well equipped with outdoor furniture sets in several areas, providing group or individual areas for relaxation and enjoyment.

The owners were very attentive by calling to ensure that we had everything that we required.

The home was nicely laid out and well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc.

The area is a nice quiet neighbourhood and is close to all amenities and shopping.

The Realtor that we booked through was very prompt and professional.

We would definitely return to this home.

This was our first home rental experience and the first to rent this beautiful home. We walk in and were immediately at home. Rented for 4 weeks giving us the opportunity to explore Sarasota to the fullest, coming home in the evening to a pool side diner and relaxing in the yard for countless hours. The owners called on occasions to confirm that everything was ok, nice and courteous.
